Katelynne – Fairy of the Lost – 51

Tamzin took the talisman from the fairy god mother. It began to glow and resonate in her hand. “But, how is this going to help me?” as Tamzin looked up the god mother was gone. “I have never been anywhere: done anything. Now I am supposed to take this thing and find something? I don’t even know what that something is! Ok you silly thing, show me where we are supposed to go.” As Tamzin turned the talisman over in her hands, she noticed it glow faintly in her left hand. She decided to hold it at arms length in the westward direction. It glowed so brightly Tamzin shielded her eyes. “Well, I guess this is the way you want me to go.” And this is how Tamzin’s adventure begins…

The group began to talk amongst themselves when they heard a small giggle. They looked around but saw no one. Then the giggle repeated with a chorus this time. The adventurers, tired from surprises, started to get irritated. “Where is that coming from?” Violet said annoyed. “Over here silly!” The gang followed the voice to the base of a nearby tree. They saw four very tiny fairies looking up at them. The small fae in front addressed them. “We are here to guide you out of the swamp. The Guardian told us to, so here we are. My name is Katelynne; this is Nesle, Thelina, and Meranice.” The fairies sitting behind her giggled louder as Katelynne continued. “I have brought you my pack of fairy dust to lead the way from here. We are fairies of the lost. Our job is to help wanderers find their way. But first, have a seat and we will try to figure out the best way to go.”
