KRINA KREATIONS

Hand sculpted by Kris Hamrick

Calida-Cloud Watcher-68

Tamzin took the talisman from the fairy godmother. It began to glow and resonate in her hand. “But, how is this going to help me?” When Tamzin looked, up the godmother was gone. “I have never been anywhere; done anything. Now I am supposed to take this thing and find something. I don’t even know what that something is! Ok you silly thing, show me where we are supposed to go.” As Tamzin turned the talisman over in her hands, she noticed it glow faintly in her left hand. She decided to hold it at arms length. In the westward direction, it glowed so brightly Tamzin shielded her eyes. “Well, I guess this is the way you want me to go.” And this is how Tamzin’s adventure begins…

Calida lay on the hillside and looked up at the clouds passing by. She made each cloud into an animal or a butterfly. Calida waved her hand and the clouds would change to her whim. It was wonderful to have fairy magic and to have a job such as hers. Her days were passed lying on her back forming the clouds into fanciful shapes. But, she didn’t forget her important mission for today. Calida twirled her hand and twinkled her nose and the cloud above her turned into a beautiful arrow pointing to the south.

Tamzin was not sure which way she should take her group. She sighed and looked up into the blue sky. Before her eyes, a white puffy cloud turned into a straight arrow pointing to the south. This must be the way; and off to the south they went.
